Questions for Discussion:

  1. What are the arguments made by the Union for a higher ratio of flight attendants to number of passengers?
  2. Assess whether these arguments are strong or weak?
  3. Shouldn’t Air Canada be allowed to follow cost saving strategies undertaken by other airlines?
